Handle: GTD To-do List and Calendar Management App Reviews

I use it every day.

It is just so lame to have the app automatically send a reply email saying that I have put it on my to-do list!!! I mean what the hell is the meaning of it? It just helps nothing and makes things worse. Should have this function defaulted as OFF. Maybe its me that did not notice until it has sent by itself. However, the app is wonderful and very convenient.

I need other mail services added to make this complete. The ability to create a task off of email is nice and a whole lot better than Apples. Nice design and nice features!

This app is great! It really helps me stay organized. However, I have had some problems with the app, and I sent the support team an email about it. I received a reply saying it would take about 24 hours to get a response. It has now been two weeks, I have sent multiple emails, and I have yet to get a response. On top of that, now the app wont even work! I have sent the diagnostics twice and the app still does not work, nor have I gotten any indication that someone is trying to fix this issue for me. I have been unable to use this app for a week. Very poor customer service. I am deeply disappointed with the failure of communication.

I cant stand a day without using this app, seriously. I have to juggle school, jobs, events, and countless other things and it does the job! While looking visually appealing. Its an extremely solid app, but I wish it had some extra features installed. I cant exactly place my finger on what extra features it needs though. At the end of the day, its straight to the point and gets the job done. Honestly, get this app if you want an efficient task manager.

This app was great - so long as I only used it on iPhone or iPad. When I tried to also use it with chrome on my desktop, it synced the first time beautifully, but since then it doesnt even recognize my login. Ive initiated a support ticket twice over the last 2 weeks and received no response. Hello? Can you hear me? Im in California dreaming of an app that actually works...

Huge fan - the app is simple to use and keeps email, calendar and to-do in one place. Features are increasing over time making a great app even better.

So I just got Handle and I think its a great app but what would make this app even better is a note section underneath the projects that are created. That will allow the user to use that area to track their progress or what steps they have left in the process of their project.

I like what the app can do but misses a big point. The app only works with gmail!!! Gmail is my garbage mail. I will use this app if can work with outlook, iCloud and exchange.

I must have downloaded every productivity app in the store before I found this one. Easy, daily to-dos coupled with beautiful calendar integration. This is the app. Look no further. I wish I could easily switch between my various inboxed instead of having them all lumped together. Other than that: perfection.

I am always searching for a better e-mail app and unfortunately this one is a disappointment. Forwarded messages come in as blank e-mails and while they cleverly explain that they only do archive cause deleting is permanent. I am an adult and can decide when to delete and not delete. Id rather not bog my archive folder down. Oh well, on to the next.

This app just works for me. Its simple and just works for me. Everything I need in one app with NO glitches.

An okay app, but no subtasks and it takes too many taps to edit a project or a task.

Such a good idea ruined by only working with Gmail. They have been promising to work with more email providers but no such luck. Why on earth would you release an app on an os but not support the email format for that os? Id use Handle in a heartbeat if they would fix this.

I like it a lot. I feel like more could be done to make the navigation more specific/versatile but the layout is neat and the app itself is extremely helpful!

I like the idea of being able to link todos to emails. You can categorize todos into into folders for different activities or projects. You can set reminders, due dates, add notes, and send emails with regard to the todos. It has its own calendar and you can export your todos to your iPad calendar. Currently the app only handles gmail mail accounts. It would be nice if other email could be accessed. I would also like the ability to link todos to Contacts, but this is not available at this time. I prefer this to-do manager over others I have tried mostly due tho ease of use.
