Great app, dismal support

This app was great - so long as I only used it on iPhone or iPad. When I tried to also use it with chrome on my desktop, it synced the first time beautifully, but since then it doesnt even recognize my login. Ive initiated a support ticket twice over the last 2 weeks and received no response. Hello? Can you hear me? Im in California dreaming of an app that actually works...
