Handle is awesome. Its easier to organize than Apple Reminders, free, and has amazing little touches that make it rewarding to check off tasks. Handle definitely changed my productivity levels for the better.
Ive tried out almost every other to-do list tools on the market and Handle is probably the best so far. It ensures you to use the app continuously (once it replaces your email inbox seamlessly). One feature request: pls make the "drag to-dos to calendar" function possible! The same function is enabled in the desktop version already, but not on the mobile version.
At first site everything looks good...clean design, simple operation and a convenient way to make email actionable. Then you realize how much is missing, most unforgivably there is no "search" feature. None. Cant find a thing unless you scroll though everything. So, while that might work for grandma and her 12 emails a month, anyone in business or personal life trying to use this will be left disappointed. Waiter! Take it back...it isnt cooked.
Needs a dedicated Mac app NOT a browser plugin!! Needs iCloud Mail support.
Great app to keep you focused on daily priorities.
The app is easy to use . Merging email is an ease , able to set appointments from email. What else do you need . Reminders are set quickly and oh so helpful when you have kids, class project due dates, pick - up times , dr appointments... I use everyday!!
This has just the right amount of functionality for me. I feel so much more efficient.
The app helps to focus and add new tasks during the day.
Ive used every todo app and calendar app on the market. This app destroys them all in its multi-functional usage and its beautiful minimalist design. The others are not worth your time, I promise. Youve come to the right app. Download and enjoy a productive life:) Wish this was around years ago.
I have had this app for several months now and am constantly considering others because of the syncing issue. I have contacted the creator, but while I have received responses, I have received no solutions. I have to delete and reset my email address for the apps to sync between my iPhone and my iPad which is endlessly frustrating. Seriously considering a different application.
Ive searched high and low for a task app that integrated with Gmail in a way that made sense. Theres no point in sending or clipping an email-to-task if you cant re-access the email to reply(or its a lot of work.) Handle nails it! It clips and converts beautifully, better than Ive ever seen, and also gives you the ability to reply right from Handle. The way this app displays your email is gorgeous and the calendar integration is welcomed. If you set a task due date itll show up on your Calendar. The UI makes so much sense. Some things are missing though like subtasks but the integration with Evernote through the share sheet is awesome. Handle has a great foundation with room to grow. Recommended if you like your Gmail,tasks/projects, and Calendar all-in-one...done right!
This app fills a gap in the productivity market--one left by Evernotes heft, as it were. I love Evernote for many reasons, but tend to use it for bigger projects. Handle is perfect because its lite; it works well on the fly. I do wish it had a few more features: camera integration, specifically. Otherwise, I think this app is usable, intuitive, and great for everyday use.
I have been using three different apps for my todos, email, and calendar and have always desired to have them all in one place. After Sunrise announced they were folding, I looked endlessly for an app that had a calendar that could match Sunrise, a email server that could match exchange, and a todo that was as powerful as Todoist. After some tweaks this app has far exceeded my expectations.
This is a great application. The app helps me to remember the things I need to do and to prioritize them in a logical sequence. I suffer from "CRS" syndrome,
Nice UI, nice interaction. Very handy, very useful.
Useless on an iDevice...
Great app, but when will recurrent reminders be available? Its a must-have in an app like this
Pros: Help me doing more Help me doing betterEasy to use Easy to sync Cons: It takes 3 sec to load emails I dont use this kind on app generally, I tried because i was interested in how I could link emails, to dos and calendars. It works perfectly. Moreover the app has evolved quickly within the past 3 months which makes me think that its focused on efficiency.
Better than the native app.
