Handle: GTD To-do List and Calendar Management App Reviews

Its obviously a very helpful app to organize your daily life. Working synchronized between the devices and using gmail to connect and communicate are the good features. Bug Report: when I erase or archive an email inside the application, it creates a bug and the app starts shutting down everytime i restart the app. Please check and fix this bug.

The mail functionality makes the app close.

Every day I love more and more Handle. Its a lifesaver. I can focus on my plans in a very easy way. If you are in love with GTD you should try this app. Great support if you have any problem. Go on this way!

I was in the process of experimenting with several productivity and planning apps simultaneously, and after a few weeks of trying them out, I chose Handle as my daily organizer! Simple, intuitive, visually pleasing and truly helpful for increasing ones capacity to get things done. Highly recommended.

Ive downloaded every app to help me manage my day and this has been the absolute best. It does what it says it will do.

The App is great, and I find myself using it multiple times a day. It helps me stay productive the entire day, Ive never been consistent with a to-do list before but I am with this one. My only suggestion is that I wish there was an option to progress through the same goal. For example, if I made a goal that said "Drink 8 Glasses of water a day", I want to be able to click when Ive had one, then two glasses of water, and so forth. I dont want to just check it all off at the end of the day. Im looking for progression with certain goals, because some goals you cant do in one sitting. Overall, great app! But please try to add this feature. Thanks.

I downloaded the app and did a little testing only to find that the only email it supports is gmail. My business is elsewhere so until this changes, I have to find another solution. thanks.

Great product

I love this app. It helps me keep track of my to dos on various projects and helps me delegate tasks to my staff, which I love and I can see when theyve completed it which we both love. My only wish is that it would mark my emails as read instead of archiving them when I added emails to my to do list. I find it hard to follow an email conversation from my inbox once Ive sent it to Handle. Also I wish there was a desktop app for Macs so that I could create a keyboard shortcut for easy additions. Otherwise, this is a tremendously useful app which I find fits seamlessly into my workflow.

The calendar view combined with the to-do list functions along with customization allows this app to hit all the notes that other productivity apps missed (and ive tried many)!

I am a productivity app junkie. I am very picky about the way an app looks. I have found productivity apps that are excellent but because they look like crap I dont use them. So far this app looks great and seems to work great. I like the way everything is consolidated into one app. In many cases when apps try to do that it doesnt work. But this one seems to and Im excited to continue using it.

I almost built my own app but the I found Handle with everything I wanted. Not just am to do list, its priority map, and a life organizer. If youre using the 4 hour work week, Handle is a MUST!

Small learning curve, but once you get going, its a big help staying organized.

Amazing app and makes life more productive as well as in control. Would have given 5 stars but needs a few more updates: - add search feature - expand to Microsoft exchange accounts - allow projects on iPhone app to categorize projects in order of importance and not fixed to alphabetical order - add more colors so you do not have to repeat so many colors for your projects - show full calendar month that allows you to drill down into the specific day. A full calendar format would be able to flip through months and pin point the exact day you need. Still amazing, but items listed above would take app to another level: 5 stars / perfect
