Love the app but...

This app is great! It really helps me stay organized. However, I have had some problems with the app, and I sent the support team an email about it. I received a reply saying it would take about 24 hours to get a response. It has now been two weeks, I have sent multiple emails, and I have yet to get a response. On top of that, now the app wont even work! I have sent the diagnostics twice and the app still does not work, nor have I gotten any indication that someone is trying to fix this issue for me. I have been unable to use this app for a week. Very poor customer service. I am deeply disappointed with the failure of communication.
